Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, drive web traffic, and acquire leads or customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the data.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of digital campaigns to ensure ROI.
  • Oversee content creation for website, blog, email, and social media.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach.
  • Develop a social media strategy to increase engagement and grow followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment audiences and create personalized email flows.
  • Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a digital marketing field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
