Job Purpose:

Responsible for the application and development of appropriate incentive systems for all activities of ELARABY Group and ensure the achievement of the objectives of the activities and record all the results related to incentives on the SAP system.
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze the performance indicators of the activities in order to prepare the various incentive systems for the group that will be applied to ensure the achievement of the objectives.

Prepare workshops for all activities at the group level to review and approve the necessary incentive systems to motivate employees towards achieving better performance.

Publish the incentive system to the concerned and follows up its implementation periodically according to the periodicity of the system in order to continue motivating workers towards achieving better performance.

Calculate and analyze the results of performance indicators and reviews them with activities in order to disburse incentives.

Evaluate incentive systems and identifies strengths and weaknesses with the aim of improving them.

Study and identify business requirements that need to be updated and developed.

Prepare and present reports related to the results of the activity in order to support decision-making related to the incentive system in the group.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

6–10 years of progressive experience, with a strong background in incentive system development, performance management, or compensation and benefits.

Proven experience in designing and implementing sales incentive plans, preferably within large or diversified organizations.

Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and enhance incentive systems and related processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and data analysis as they relate to employee motivation and reward systems.

Strong presentation, reporting and Communication skills.

Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
