Job Purpose:
- Responsible for managing, writing and reviewing foreign contracts for ELARABY Group of Companies, ensuring full compliance with legal standards and regulations, maintaining the continuity of existing projects and promoting effective negotiations with partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews existing foreign contracts that require renewal to ensure continuity of ongoing projects for all group companies.
- Prepares and studies foreign contracts to support decision-making.
- Carries out the required amendments to contracts to reach their final approved form.
- Discusses and negotiates foreign contracts with relevant business functions within El Araby Group, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee to define the group’s requirements and establish negotiation principles with partner companies.
- Negotiates with foreign companies to resolve contractual issues according to the instructions of the Board of Directors, aiming to reach solutions that align with legal frameworks and the group’s interests.
- Prepares periodic reports related to foreign contracts in accordance with the requirements of the direct manager to support decision-making processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws " English section".
- Registered with the Bar Association.
- 2-4 years of experience in international contracts.
- Good communication skills.
- Honesty and maintaining the confidentiality of contract information.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Experience in drafting in English legal language
- Legal skills in contracts and the issues that arise from them between the two parties
- Knowledge of negotiating skills with foreign companies
- Proven experience in drafting foreign contracts and legal review of all kinds
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly accomplish tasks in line with the speed of implementation of the company's requirements.
- Accuracy in accomplishing assigned tasks.
