Job Purpose

  • Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online communities to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and achieve the organization's marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.

  • Identify target demographics and create content tailored to their preferences.

  • Conduct research and stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance and engagement.

  • Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

  • Write captivating captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany social media posts.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts on various platforms. Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Engage with followers, build relationships, and foster a sense of community.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.

  • Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and preferences and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement.

  • Develop partnerships and manage influencer relationships, including negotiation of contracts and campaign deliverables.

Job Qualifications

  •     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
  •     2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital content creation, or related roles.
  •     Solid understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X , with the ability to leverage each platform’s unique features effectively.
  •     Proficient in using platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics) to monitor performance and optimize content strategies.
  •     Familiarity with social media advertising tools, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, including experience in boosting posts and managing targeted ad campaigns.
  •     Up to date with evolving algorithms,emerging trends,and best practices across platforms, with the ability to strategically apply them.
  •     Proven experience in creating and managing diverse content formats, especially short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
  •     Strong creative thinking skills,with the ability to generate original ideas that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  •     Skilled in maintaining brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
  •     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
  •     Ability to convey messages clearly and effectively through both written posts and visual content.
  •     Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with different departments.
  •     Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  •     Experience in preparing periodic reports to evaluate performance metrics such as reach,engagement,impressions,and click-through rates.
  •     Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  •     Attention to detail in content planning,scheduling,and publishing.
  •     Agile and adaptable to shifting trends, platform updates, and evolving team needs.
  •     Willingness to test new approaches and troubleshoot content performance or platform-related issues as needed.
