Job Purpose

  • Responsible for implementing human resources operations (time management, insurance, recruitment, etc.) and providing services to employees in a way that achieves job satisfaction and adheres to laws.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review documents and ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations of Law No. 12 of 2003 and record penalties in the accounting system.
  • Follow up on the implementation of communication meetings and prepares recommendations according to the meetings to identify requirements and improvement points and prepare reports.
  • Prepare and review the necessary letters for employees to meet their external requirements and completing the disbursement of financial dues in accordance with the regulations.
  • Implement recruitment and insurance procedures (SAP - and follows up externally with insurance) and follows up the procedures of periodic medical examination for occupational diseases.
  • Record and updates key data for SAP workers in order to achieve HR operational requirements.
  • Print and define cards, and monitors the time management system for employee.
  • Receive the requirements for hiring employees on the SAP and completing the procedures with the competent activities.
  • Follow up the positions of annual renewals of contracts to implement renewal or termination procedures in accordance with the recommendations.
  • Implement interviews with resigning employees and communicates with them to deliver credit settlements and supply debit settlements.
  • Participate in preparing all periodic reports for monthly plans.
  • Participate in plans to develop work systems with improvement proposals.
     

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 4-6 Years of experience in related field.
  • Intermediate command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient with MS Office Program.
  • Ability to implement HR operations and employee services.
