Job Purpose:
- Responsible for implementing maintenance work orders of copiers through customers visits according to fixed appointments, doing all maintenance operation during estimated response time, in required quality and suitable cost for achieving customers satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Finalize all the maintenance plan for the contract machine in your area
- Receive work orders via phone or email to work on and complete it.
- Test equipment and used tools in copiers maintenance to ensure its efficiency and validity to be used.
- Examine and identify malfunctions of copiers to ensure repair accuracy and its working efficiency.
- Select required spare parts needed for copiers maintenance for installation and test copiers after repairing to ensure its quality.
- Program copiers on network and activate all its operations to avoid disruption work for customers.
- Collect cash from customers in exchange for copiers maintenance or installing spare parts, delivering them an invoice to prove cost of maintenance and supplying the collected amounts to the treasury.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in related field.
- Intermediate command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient with MS Office - Rippon programs.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues with common sense.
- Ability to write technical documents/plans.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Good knowledge in Network and server applications.
- Know how to deal and handle customers.
