Job Purpose:
- Responsible for executing and monitoring the general plan of testing and verification at all stages of product development and approval (finished product - semi-finished -Prototypes - parts) - Design DOE - Compliance certificate management.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform validation and verification of product, including component-level testing.

Analyze customer requirements to enhance product quality and performance, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

Develop new test procedures and updated existing ones based on the Design of Experiments (DOE), which reduced test cycle time.

Conduct field failure simulations to identify gaps between lab and field performance, contributing to comprehensive FMEA reports and reducing field failures.

Conduct reliability tests and HALT to quickly identify and resolve potential product failures, reducing warranty claims and field failures.

Collaborate with product designers and development engineers to identify and mitigate likely points of failure in early design stages, increasing product reliability.

Manage certification compliance processes, ensuring all products met regulatory and safety standards before market release.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.

0- 4 Years of experience.

Strong interest in developing verification environments of block-level, subsystems, and full chip.

Develop the entire verification flow including the test plan, implementation, and coverage collection.

Ability to develop methodologies, scripts, and infrastructure improvements to enhance verification processes.

Excellent English and communication skills.

Proficient with MS Office programs.
