Job Purpose:

Responsible for Follow up on the implementation of periodic and corrective maintenance plans, participate in providing the improvement and development solutions in the department, and work on reducing repair time and increasing the availability to raise the overall efficiency of equipment.
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the downtime calculation for each machine and calculate the MTTR MTBF for each equipment to improve performance.

Participate in creating maintenance programs for new equipment to raise its overall efficiency.

Analyze check lists and make a report on the effectiveness of corrective actions to improve the overall machines’ efficiency.

Participate in analyzing the management data to reach the core causes of breakdowns and make appropriate improvements for the machines.

Participate in installing the new equipment with the manufacturer company to save time and gain experience.

Participate in making a report on the technical status of machines to confirm their general validity and availability.
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering .

0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Proven work experience as a maintenance engineer.

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems.

Advanced troubleshooting skills.
-
Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.

Good communication and training skills.

Ability to work with equipment.
