Job Purpose:

Responsible for Control the stock according to the target by following up the actual supplies of raw materials and components, updating their status, updating daily the available stocks, and monitoring the storage level of raw materials and components.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop the needs plans for imported and local raw materials and components through Monthly MRP on SAP to get the Planned Orders and review and turn them into Purchase Requisitions (PRs); therefore, the Procurement Department issues orders for raw materials and components.

Make a weekly report on the status of raw materials and components to review it with the supply chain.

Develop needs plans for service and maintenance centers and (imported and local) spare parts based on their recent update, address the Procurement Department to issue the supply orders required for imported components included in the Imports Chart, and follow up them to be directed properly, added to the Imports. chart and dispensed to the service and maintenance centers.

Follow up the issuance of monthly supply orders of materials and components making sure that supply orders (P/O) have been issued for all PRs to ensure that all required needs are covered, with continuous communication with the Procurement Department on this regard.

Ensure that the supplier is committed to the supply in accordance with the terms of the supply orders issued to him, by reviewing the registration on Proforma (PI) for each supply order, according to the time targets set for this order.

Follow up the availability of the required needs, whether from the local market or from sister companies, considering their supply on the required times, and daily follow up (issuance of supply orders/ required quantities/ required supply dates) in addition to continuous communication with Procurement Department to ensure their availability on time as well as achieving the required stock targets.

Follow up the identification of different items (materials\ components\ semi-finished product\ finished product) to link them with warehouses and departments within the factory.

Monitor the patrol audit to update the product structure tree according to any Modification Request certified by the engineering departments, whether it is for a standard modification, addition or cancellation of any category in the product structure tree.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical production or industrial Engineering.

0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.

You must be able to prioritize and manage projects and simultaneous issues skillfully.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with multifunctional/inter-departmental and virtual teams.

Self-starter with strong organization and decision management skills.

A strong understanding of technical concepts.
