Job Purpose:

Responsible for Achieve the factory’s goals, participate in their improvement, and analyze results and outputs.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up the application of TPM, LEAN, EXCELENCE MODEL, 5S systems in the target department.
Follow up the implementation of ERGONOMICS studies within different production departments and develop operation improvement plans to create an appropriate working environment for workers while working for different periods of time.
Monitor and document the updating and maintenance of the circulation system inside the factory to ensure its effectiveness.
Follow up the work inside the workshop such as (purchase orders - work orders) to contribute to achieving the highest productivity rates.
Follow up the progress in various improvement projects to improve the working environment.
Follow up the implementation of corrective actions in the departments to avoid deviation that may appear while achieving the targets of improvement projects.
Follow up the implementation of corrective actions in the departments to avoid deviation that appear in the Deviation Analysis File.
Follow up the implementation of the circulation system within various departments of the factory, and submit a periodic report on it to ensure the proper progress of the working system.
Follow up the implementation of training program plans to measure performance indicators before and after training.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Project and time management.
Flexibility and adaptability.
