Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the composition of the material, its properties and transformations, and their work by accurately measuring and analyzing chemical reactions, material ratios and other properties. He implements the daily, weekly and monthly plan of laboratory analyses for the safety of the production process and to achieve the highest level of quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make use of available resources efficiently and effectively to comply with the balance sheet.
- Perform any tasks as may be assigned to them in accordance with the established quality standards to satisfy the (internal-external) client of the activity.
- Conduct chemical analyses for all tanks located inside the management to adjust the concentrations and rates of chemicals in tanks.
- Submit the analyses reports to the director to be reviewed and take the necessary actions.
- Check the technical status of imports to maintain imports efficiency and check the degree to which imports meet the specifications and submit a report on them to the director to take necessary actions.
- Be responsible for marking, categorizing and arranging chemicals during storage and transportation to avoid risks.
- Be responsible for testing samples provided by new suppliers and submit reports on them.
- Follow up and develop records for the chemical maintenance to follow up tanks preparation statement.
- Tests the technical condition of imports to maintain the efficiency of imports and their compliance with specifications and reports on them to the manager to take the necessary action.
- Works on distinguishing, classifying and arranging chemicals during storage and transportation to avoid risks.
- Works on testing samples received from new suppliers and reports on them.
- Prepares instructions for the uses of different chemicals according to their effects.
- Works on adhering to the tasks of prevention, safety and occupational health.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science.
- 2-4 Years of experience.
- Strong Knowledge of Physical and analytical chemistry.
- Strong Knowledge of material (Plastic - Metal).
- English language skills.
- Very good at Microsoft Office programs.
