Job Purpose

  • Responsible for following up the arrival of containers to the loading warehouses in the factories and their delivery at the port at the specified time in order to ensure their arrival.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive initial data on shipping instructions to coordinate shipping procedures with shipping lines.
  • Prepare and send the initial shipping statement to the shipping line to reserve places for containers on the shipping dates required to achieve the sales plan.
  • Prepare and send the reservation form to the transport companies to implement the required.
  • Review and receive the commercial invoice and packing lists from customer accounts to complete shipping procedures.
  • Review and receive the initial bill to ensure that it matches the shipping documents in order to finalize the shipping procedures.
  • Prepare the certificate of origin and their accreditation from external bodies to complete the shipping procedures according to the scheme.
  • Review shipping invoices, prepare transfer requests, and send them to the Payments and Costs Department for approval and completion of the transfer.
  • Record shipments data, invoices, export certificate numbers, and follow up on shipment and arrival dates.
  • Review the warehouse stock.
  • Check the available storage area in the warehouse is used in the right way.
  • Review the incoming and outgoing products from the warehouse.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experince in working with SAP is preferred .
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Profecient English language
