Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for creating and follow up project schedules and monitor their costs with the aim of implementing the plan within budget limits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on creating, following up, and updating timetables for new and ongoing projects. Reporting any deviation from the time plan to take corrective action. 

  • Monitor total project expenses including verifying invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure all project expenses are properly recorded. 

  • Conduct a total cash flow analysis for each project with the aim of completing the actual implementation of the project.

  • Monitor the status of all purchases and their delivery until project closure, with the aim of optimal utilization of resources.

  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team to resolve project issues to ensure delivery/completion of project.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

  • +6 years of experience in relevant field.

  • Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Solid knowledge of PRIMAVERA and other planning platforms and relevant software.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficient with MS Office programs.

  • English language proficiency.
