Job Purpose:

Responsible for reviewing and updating project contracts, following up on their implementation and compliance with them, and explaining terms and conditions to managers and concerned parties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bidding documents and procedures for evaluating bids and bonds in terms of contractual and technical terms, and preparing final contracts to implement the group’s strategic plans.
  • Review and update contracts and explain terms and conditions to managers and concerned parties to implement the group's strategic plans.
  • Participate in the process of evaluating contractors and suppliers regarding the extent of commitment to implement the terms of the contract to determine the possibility of continuing to deal with them.
  • Analyze the potential risks involved in the contract terms to avoid them.
  • Review legislative changes and coordinate with legal affairs to ensure compliance with laws.
  • Follow up the fulfillment of all deadlines and conditions set out in the contracts and consider any violations to ensure adhere to them.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement department to get feedback about subcontractors’ prices (whenever needed), and analyze, revise, and provide guidance to tender engineers on, the breakdown of, and comparisons between, price offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review the tender documents including Instruction to Tender (ITT) to analyze the prequalification requirements, and assign relevant tasks to tender enginee.
  • Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the team leader.
  • Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarde.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in relevant field including 3 years On-site experience (Preferable).
  • Good Knowledge of market, subcontractors, and materials’ prices.
  • Good organizational and Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Analytical thinking and Communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Project Management (PRMG) is a plus.
  • Prefere to have good Knowledge of market, subcontractors, and materials’ prices.
