Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for selling the corporate products based on the monthly sales target set.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing the monthly sales target set and inquire about any info needed before the target is activated.
  • Welcome customers and provide accurate information about any product inquiry.
  • Follow up with the customers from the moment they enter the store, inquiries about products prices and discounts, sales invoice issuing till they pay for the sales invoice and receive the product from the store.
  • Follow up with the inventory team to ensure that the products sold are available and delivered to the customer.
  • Demonstrate product demo for further product acknowledgement to the customer.
  • Select the right sales approach ( demo- Vivid product elaboration- Direct contact before the customer asks- products features comparison-…..) to develop a sale opportunity per each customer enters the store.
  • Review the case of any returned goods with both the customer, the Logistics Dep and the distribution team.
  • Responsible for solving any complaint that the customer issues and document in in the complaints channel for future development.
  • Documenting and reporting the complaint cases on monthly based on the complaint severity.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales field.
  • Intermediate command of Microsoft Office and SAP programs.
  • Basic command of Magento program.
  • Basic accounting Skills.
  • Intermediate command of spoken and written English.
