Job Purpose:

Responsible for monitoring compliance with project costs.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in setting the budget and implementation plan of the project to work on complying with them.
Organize the subcontractors’ quotations and review them through prior databases to determine their suitability.
Negotiate with contractors to ensure that their quotations meet the contract documents.
Issue appropriate documented purchase orders to meet the project’s needs.
Prepare and update an integrated database of all required raw materials to support decision-making.
Monitor the cash flows of the project and compares them with the target in the schedule to ensure compliance with the set plan.
Monitor the project progress, the material consumption rates, the costs and variation orders as well as identify any potential risks with a view to avoiding them.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
0-4 years of experience in a relevant field .
Strong communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Commercial and financial awareness experience.
High analytical skills.
Focused and organized results with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail skills and accuracy.
Project management skills.
Good knowledge of evaluation methods.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Proficient with MS Office Programs.
