Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for managing and developing relationships with current and potential clients and aligning marketing strategies with sales efforts to ensure the company's sales targets are met. This role serves as the primary link between the client and internal departments, ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs, increase company profitability, and expand market share.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and façade companies to drive sales growth of ETEG's engineering glass solutions, including tempered, laminated, curved, and insulated glass products, while identifying new business opportunities in the construction and architectural sectors.
  • Develop and expand sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction, façade, and architectural markets.
  • Manage customer inquiries, prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Acquire new customers, expand the customer base, and convert business opportunities into long-term accounts that support company growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in developing sales and marketing plans for key accounts and support promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide recommendations for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Coordinate promotional activities with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the company's branding and business objectives.
  • Follow up on customer collections and outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, key accounts, sales forecasts, and business development activities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 Years of experience.
  • Strong communication , Analytical ,  problem solving , Teamwork  and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently to achieve goals.
  • Able to work hands-on with clients in the field.
  • Proven track record of sales and business development.
  • Strong network of contacts that enables it to quickly acquire new clients.
