Job Purpose:
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation through close monitoring, follow-up, and the timely collection of accounts receivables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market scans to gather data on product pricing, specifications, distribution channels, and competitor offerings, in order to develop a position map for our brands, covering all aspects of the market.
- Implement sales policies in practice.
- Meet the specified sales targets within the given timeframe.
- Ensure customer adherence to the set prices, preventing the sale of products below their actual cost or on credit terms that impacts the working capital cycle.
- Attract new customers and penetrate new markets.
- Ensure the timely collection of all accounts receivables.
- Develop offers and products that meet customer needs, contribute to increasing sales, and enhance their loyalty to the company's brands.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- (7-10) Years of experience.
- Built-in kitchen appliances OR kitchen appliances industry background is a must.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong Presentation skills.
